K-103 Kitchen

The kitchen of our K-103 is a good size for anyone who likes to cook. The raised eating bar and the large dining room allows for a large family dinner, if necessary. The dining room, as you can see from the floorplan, opens up into the family room. Making the feeling of cramped dining disappear. The kitchen also has a nice pantry for storage of food, or whatever else the many cabinets won't hold. Remember, there are a lot of other houses out there, but they're not Great Homes.

K-103 Exterior

Here is the exterior of our K-103 model. As you can see we have added the Limited Exterior to add some character. The Limited exterior adds the 20' dormer, and the accent under it. We have left the standard Smart Panel siding on this model so that customers can see the difference. The siding still has a 50 year warranty. Come check it out at our Great Homes Display Center.

K-103 Floorplan

After a few requests from our valued customers, I have decided to put on our K-103 model. As you can see from the floorplan there are options for a 4th or 5th bedroom, and not shown on the floorplan is an option for a 3rd bathroom. Which makes for a good sized, low priced home for larger families. The seperate Family Room and Living Room give some room for furniture placement. For example, one can be your Formal Room, and the other your Game Room, etc. The K-103 is another reason why we maintain that there are a lot of other houses out there, but they're not Great Homes.

K-102 Video Tour

Here we have the video tour of our K-102 model home. This extremely affordable home has features for the entire family. Large bedrooms for both the kids and the adults! An open kitchen with plenty of cabinets to store your small appliances, dishes, and food. The dining room is big enough for a large family to fit comfortably. All of our Karsten Homes come standard with a 10 Year Warranty, and are High Quality Manufactured Homes. Remember, there are a lot of other houses out there, but they're not Great Homes.

K-102 Living Room

Here is the living room for the K-102. As you can see from the pictures, this floorplan is open and spacious, with a nice flow from room to room. We at Great Homes want to make our models feel and look as close to what your home would look and feel like, so we have furniture in our models. This allows you to decide whether your furniture will fit properly, and give you ideas on how to furnish your home. K102 Kitchen

Here we have the K102 Kitchen. It is an open, well laid out kitchen, with lots of cupboard space. The dining room is also spacious, with a large window for a view while dining. The 4" tile backsplash and upgraded tile edge give this kitchen an elegant feel. We have this model set up on our lot, so come check it out. Remember there are a lot of other houses out there, but they're not Great Homes!

K102 Exterior

The exterior of the K102 has been upgraded with hardi panel siding, a 9' dormer, and shutters on the front door side. The hardi panel siding used on Karsten Homes comes standard with a 50 year warranty. The 9' dormer has an 8:12 roof pitch that adds character to the home. Great Homes is deticated to customer satisfaction, and we have over 30 pages of options to choose from in these homes, and the floorplans are customizable to your needs. Model K-102

This is our entry level home, the K100 series, model K-102 by Karsten Homes. All of the construction standards are the same as the rest of our Karsten Homes, including the 10 Year Structural Warranty! This is a great floorplan, with lots of space, and you won't believe the price. Less than $45 per square foot base price, and that includes set-up and delivery within 65 miles of Missoula! McKenzie Triple Kitchen

Here we have the McKenzie Triple Kitchen. This is the Alternate Kitchen option shown on the floorplan. Notice the raised eating bar, with ceramic tile counter top. Also, we have upgraded the cabinets to Nutmeg 52" high cabinets, allowing for increased cabinet space. The 6 upgraded recessed can, and 3 stem lights give the kitchen plenty of light. As well as the window, which was enlarged from 46X58 to 78X58, for a view while working. The appliances come in our Appliance Package #2, which is a great value for the price. This kitchen, like many other kitchens at Great Homes, are spacious and gorgeous.

McKenzie Triple Exterior

The exterior of the McKenzie Triple is unique in that it comes standard with 2 dormers. We have upgraded the dormers to a prism dormers. They give more character to the exterior, and also give a transom window for more light and cosmetics inside. The Hardi Lap siding on the entire front door side is also an upgrade, it comes standard with some lap siding on the front, as well as the columns. An upgrade that would look nice is Ledgestone on the bottom of the columns. The big picture windows allow for light inside, this combined with the ability to see your view easily makes for a comfortable feeling. This model is one of a kind, but don't forget that here at Great Homes, we have over 125 floorplans to choose from.

The McKenzie Triple by Karsten Homes.

Here is the floorplan for our McKenzie Triple, Model #52865, by Karsten Homes. The number one Distinct Advantage of Karsten Homes is they all come standard with a 10 year structural warranty. This model comes standard with Hardi Panel Siding, which comes with a 50 year warranty. One of the options we have put into our model is the Alternate Kitchen option, which is magnificent. The optional front porch would also be a nice addition, especially if you have a view. Arlington Floorplan

As you can see from the Floorplan of the Arlington, it is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with home office, 1,771 square foot Modular home. Some of the standard features in the Chateau Elan Series that I have not mentioned yet are: 5:12 Roof Pitch, 2X10 Floor Joists, R-45 Ceiling Insulation, 6 Panel Interior Doors, 3" Natural Hardwood Baseboard, and 8' Flat Ceiling, just to name a few. Again, we do have the Arlington set up at Great Homes, and are bringing in another Modular soon.

Residential Exterior

The Bumpout is standard on the Arlington, as well as the hip roof, full height double dormer, and casement windows with grids. We have upgraded to stone siding on the bumpout, and shake siding in the dormer area. We also upgraded to Craneboard siding, which is a solid backed vinyl siding that has a Life Of The Home Warranty! The solid backer also adds an additional R3-4 insulation value to the exterior walls. These upgrades along with the standard recessed entry gives the Arlington a modern residential look.

The Arlington's Fantastic Kitchen

Here is a picture of the kitchen in our new Modular the Chateau Elan: Arlington by Schult Homes. The Offset Architectural Designed Kitchen Cabinets come standard in Flat Panel Oak in our Chateau Elan series home, but we have upgraded from Flat Panel Oak to Raised Panel Oak Cabinets. All of the available floorplans for our Modular & Manufactured homes are being updated on our website.
