Arlington Video Tour

Here is a video tour of our Arlington Modular. Hopefully you enjoy it. I will continue to post a new model each week. Our new modulars are top of the line, so please come in and see them. Also check out the floorplans at our Great Homes Website.

Arlington Floorplan

As you can see from the Floorplan of the Arlington, it is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with home office, 1,771 square foot Modular home. Some of the standard features in the Chateau Elan Series that I have not mentioned yet are: 5:12 Roof Pitch, 2X10 Floor Joists, R-45 Ceiling Insulation, 6 Panel Interior Doors, 3" Natural Hardwood Baseboard, and 8' Flat Ceiling, just to name a few. Again, we do have the Arlington set up at Great Homes, and are bringing in another Modular soon.

Residential Exterior

The Bumpout is standard on the Arlington, as well as the hip roof, full height double dormer, and casement windows with grids. We have upgraded to stone siding on the bumpout, and shake siding in the dormer area. We also upgraded to Craneboard siding, which is a solid backed vinyl siding that has a Life Of The Home Warranty! The solid backer also adds an additional R3-4 insulation value to the exterior walls. These upgrades along with the standard recessed entry gives the Arlington a modern residential look.

The Arlington's Fantastic Kitchen

Here is a picture of the kitchen in our new Modular the Chateau Elan: Arlington by Schult Homes. The Offset Architectural Designed Kitchen Cabinets come standard in Flat Panel Oak in our Chateau Elan series home, but we have upgraded from Flat Panel Oak to Raised Panel Oak Cabinets. All of the available floorplans for our Modular & Manufactured homes are being updated on our website.
